1. All consultations are performed by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Aakanksha Tyagi (#R709439) upon receipt of the signed Initial Consultation Retainer Agreement.

2.  You agree and understand that this agreement does not constitute your engagement of Magnitude Immigration to act as your Authorized Representative in respect of any matters relating to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and/or the Canada Border Services Agency.

3.  You understand that Magnitude Immigration will not be responsible for any changes, additions or deletions you make to your immigration application after this consultation has been completed.

4. After this consultation is concluded, Magnitude Immigration is not obligated to advise you of any changes to immigration programs that may impact your profile and/or your eligibility in any program of immigration.

5. The duration of the consultation is mentioned in the booking form. There is a hard stop after the alloted time is over.

6. Cancellation or rescheduling of the meeting must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

7. The client understands that the RCIC will not answer any follow-up questions after the consultation.
